Meet Louis Bensard

Louis is the founder and lead engineer of Stratos, a mobile app that connects and empowers general aviation pilots around the world. As a passionate private pilot, he designed and built the app from concept to App Store launch in 8 months.

He has also been fascinated by machine learning and artificial intelligence for the past decade, and has applied my skills and knowledge in this domain to various projects and challenges. Louis obtained a master's degree in statistics from California State University, Fullerton, and two bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Sorbonne Université, where I received multiple academic scholarships and honors. Always eager to learn new technologies and frameworks, he loves to collaborate with other experts and enthusiasts in this field and learn from he peers.

When not working, you can find him at 8,000 ft flying planes for fun, doing outdoors sports, road tripping, cooking French food or backpacking to a new country!
